Am I invisible? I have commented on several of your photos, Sheila, but I don’t see my comments posted!

Hi – we are all set – I didn’t realize they were all hung up in my Spam folder. I’ll keep an eye on that to make sure it doesn’t happen again.

Thanks for checking on us. It’s been a extremely busy time for me at the moment. It’s 8:15 pm here and I just walked in the door from work. They asked me to come back and fill in about 10 weeks ago and it’s been a very busy assignment. I go into the office at 6:15 – 6:30 and it’s a 45-60 minute drive to get there. I will try to catch up with everyone’s posts this weekend and will hopefully be able to get out and take some pictures myself. I hope to post one or two of the skirt wearer’s tonight if I can stay awake long enough! I have to be back in for 6:30 again tomorrow so I won’t be long for this world tonight.
Hope you are well!

Sheila, (Ed), when you post multiple (Small) photos, I need to see them bigger, so I double click them to see the detail. Then I wait (This morning I did a trial on your first of the Mary had a little lamb snaps which was great – but took 9 & a half minutes to download) the file was in excess of 6Mb. Not you problem mine (The ISP) but it means I can’t see your shots the way I like to. I will comment on the thumbnails but won’t enjoy it.
All of my raw shots are 5Mb+ but when I convert them for the webb, I like to retain the 1200 x 800 pixel ratio so when I save as a Jpeg I use the options for specific purposes, High (10) for my consumption, and Low (3) for the web. Even that is too large but is rarely more than 200Kb. The one with the sign is 127Kb. for instance. Could you please try and lessen the size of your photos that you post please, I want to see them. I looked for an email address but could not find one. If you want to email me and give me rude messages, my email address is on my blog site. Ed’s old mate Down Under, Ron

Hi Sheila, I am a McDowell, born in Australia:) My dad is from N.Ireland and I have recently put my girls into highland dancing. They need to wear a kilt and I would really love for them to be able to wear one made from McDowell Tartan… Do you think you can help me?? I am willing to buy some and pay for it to be posted to Australia…
